I'm a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer dedicated to helping adults over 40 train smarter — not just harder.

As the founder of Fit Club 50, I work with men and women who want sustainable strength, better recovery, and long-term results without burnout.

My coaching emphasizes structured programming, muscle preservation, and adapting training to the realities of stress, aging, and hormonal shifts. Especially in the area of periomenopause.

After more than 20 years immersed in strength training, I believe consistency and intelligent programming outperform intensity every time.
